Meyer Burger Technology Ltd (SIX Swiss Exchange: MBTN) announces today the completion of the repayment of the CHF 26.8 million 5.5% convertible bond 2014-2020 (ISIN CH0253445131). The repayment including annual interest was made from existing assets prior to the capital increase. As no new shares have been issued, the listed share capital remains unchanged.
