Dr. Breddels will be in charge of production,quality management, supply chain and product management/development. Inaddition, he will be responsible for the integration of new Groupcompanies. By expanding its management team, Roth & Rau responds to the newtasks and challenges facing the management as a result of the dynamicgrowth of the company and is getting ready to support the continued growthof the photovoltaics industry.Dr. Breddels most recent position was that of CEO of the Dutch OTB Group.He was involved in the sale of the company's subsidiary, OTB Solar, to Roth& Rau AG in the first quarter of the year and will now push ahead itsintegration into the Roth & Rau Group. Dr. Breddels has a Master's degreeand a PhD in physics from Utrecht University, Netherlands. Dr. Breddelsstarted his career at Philips Research and worked in various managementpositions for Merck KGaA in Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Germany.
