Installed like conventional roof tiles and connected in a flash: The series connection of Meyer Burger Tiles simplifies installation considerably. This saves time and effort when tiling and transforms any roof, no matter how disturbed and challenging, into a powerful, almost invisible solar power plant.
Meyer Burger Tile makes many things possible without having to do much. The electrical installation and connection of the individual solar roof tiles begin in the eaves. The electrical connection is made horizontally in a row between the adjacent Meyer Burger Tiles.

Fireproof, waterproof, air-permeable
The double casing of the Meyer Burger Tile ensures optimum ventilation and enables it to be used as "hard roofing" without the need for a special sub-roof. A continuous air channel is created during installation. This favours the creation of a chimney effect, which cools the modules on the rear side.
