Dr. Dietmar Roth will step down as Chairman of the Management Boardwith immediate effect and move to the Board of Directors Meyer BurgerTechnology AG. The Supervisory Board has appointed Peter Frankfurter as thenew Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect. Peter R.Manolopoulos will assume responsibility for operations (COO) also withimmediate effect. Furthermore, Peter M. Wagner, to date Supervisory BoardChairman of Roth & Rau AG, will initially assume the role of ManagementBoard Chairman.
