Meyer Burger – Change in Board of Directors as of General Meeting 2014
Dr Dietmar Roth, who has been serving on the Board of Directors of Meyer Burger Technology Ltd (SIX Swiss Exchange: MBTN) since 2011, informed the Company’s Board of Directors that he will not stand for re-election of another term of one year at the upcoming ordinary shareholders’ meeting on 29 April 2014.
The Board of Directors regrets this decision but would like to thank him for his hard work and valuable contribution to the Meyer Burger Group and wishes him all the best for the future.
